韩国扶余郡

韩国扶余郡（1996年8月）

扶余郡位于韩国忠清南道西南部，人口10.3万，农业人口占48%，属典型的农业郡。现辖1邑15面，面积624.86平方公里。

丝绸般的锦江孕育出的扶余郡，是百济王朝的政治文化中心。中国南朝时期和百济王朝在文化和经济贸易方面有着非常密切的往来，不仅促进了两国历史上的共同发展，同时也在古老东方文明史上留下了浓墨重彩的篇章。始于公元前18年的百济，在678年的发展历程中，中国儒教与汉文学深深扎根、繁衍演化，形成了独具特色的百济文化。始于1955年的现代百济文化祭，每年轮流在公州和扶余两地举行，已逐步成为韩国最具影响力的祭祀文化节会之一。扶余郡的著名景点定林寺址五层石塔、扶苏山城、宫南池等吸引了众多游客到此一游。

1996年10月，洛阳市与扶余郡缔结为友好交流城市。

Buyeo-gun, South Korea (August, 1996)

Buyeo-gun is located in the southwest of Chungcheongnam-doin South Korea, with a population of 103,000 and an agricultural population of 48%. It is a typical agricultural county. It now governs one town and 15 villages, covering an area of 624.86 square kilometers.

Buyeo-gun, nurtured by the silk like Geumgang, was the political and cultural center of the Baekje Dynasty. China's Southern Dynasty and the Baekje Dynasty witnessed close exchanges in culture, economy and trade between the two countries, which not only promoted the common development of the two countries in history, but also left a colorful chapter in the history of ancient oriental civilization. Baekje Dynastybegan in 18 BC, and during its 678 year’s development, the Chinese Confucianism and Han literaturehavetaken rootand gradually formed a unique Baekje culture. The modern Baekje Cultural Festival, which began in 1955, is held in Kongju and Buyeo in turn every year, and has gradually become one of the most influential sacrificial cultural festivals in South Korea. The famous scenic spots in Buyeo-gun, such as the Five Storied Stone Pagoda of Jeongnimsa Temple Site, Busosanseong Fortress, Gungnamji Pond, etc., have attracted many tourists.

In October, 1996, Luoyang and Buyeo-gun established a link as friendly exchange cities.
